Title: Differences between the workload of top beach volleyball players by specialization during the match. Objektives: The main objective of this thesis is to observe the external load of players during the match. To determine whether the load varies and as a player who plays mainly in the field - fielder and the player who plays mainly on the network and blocks - blocker. We will focus on quantitative indicators of external loads. Methods: The research is formed by an evaluation. Another method which was used was a method of data mining ( measurements, observations) and their further elaboration. Results: The results present and evaluate implemented programs. These results should lead to a condition training program solution for junior men players of beach volleyball. Key words: Volleyball, beachvolleyball, physical strain, condition training.

Defensive game abilities, combinations and systems in beach volleyball
Pihera, František ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Petružela, Jan (referee)
The main intention of this bachelor's work was to observe and compare types of defense of three chosen beach volleyball teams, which were as follows: Perušič/Schweiner, Mol/Sorum and McKibbin/McKibbin. Results were based on statistics of watched matches and a questionnaire, which was sent to the chosen teams. The present paper is made of two parts. Firstly, a theoretical introduction which explains the main issue to the reader, outlines the general history of beach volleyball and defines the main terms needed to understand the research. The following practical part focuses on the observation of the chosen matches and their evaluation based on the filled-in questionnaire. With regards to the traced data, the best defense has the team of McKibbin/McKibbin, which scored the highest percentage of successful defense (61%). Second was the team of Perušič/Schweiner, with the percentage of 54% of rewarding defense, and third came the team of Mol/Sorum, who were successful in 51% of all defense cases. Postural strategy of volleyball players and their ability to dynamically stabilize
Hasalová, Zuzana ; Vomáčková, Helena (advisor) ; Satrapová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Postural strategy of volleyball players and their ability to dynamically stabilize. Objective: The aim of this diploma thesis is to find and describe the parameters, which enable the level of postural stabilization in professional volleyball players to be traced, depending on their playing position. These parameters were obtained by taking measurements using dynamic computer posturography (Smart EquiTest System). Methods: In this experiment, 10 professional players between the ages of 18 and 28, who actively compete in the highest national volleyball league, were specifically selected. The selected individuals were divided into groups according to their game specialization (left side hitter/ right side hitter (n = 3), middle blocker (n = 3), setter (n = 2) and libero (n = 2)). In addition, a control group was selected, consisting of 5 recreational volleyball players. In this thesis, in order to objectively assess the postural stability of test subjects (top athletes and control groups), Neurocom's Smart EquiTest System was used, and the measured data was then processed in Neurocom's Balance Manager Software. Statistical evaluation using Shapiro - Wilk's Normality Test, Student's t - test and Mann - Whitney test subsequently made it possible to compare the game specializations of the test...
Monitoring of jumping performance among beach volleyball players.
Cónová, Tereza ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Kočíb, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Monitoring of jumping performance among beach volleyball players Objectives: The aims were to analyze in-game jumping performance in young beach volleyball players and to compare the frequency of jumps between attackers and blockers as well as the difference of the jumping performance between boys and girls and between teams playing against each other. Methods: The method of observation and frequency counting were used in this work. For this purpose, videos from the World and European Junior Championships were used. The frequency method was used to determine the frequency of jumps in serving, smashing, and blocking. The jumping performances in teams playing against each other as well as gender differences were observed. The results were recorded in graphs and tables. Results: 16 teams were analyzed, 2 of which were from the Czech Republic. In terms of quality and frequency of jumps, a significant difference between girls and boys was observed. Girls were more likely backed down in spite of opponents' good recording to smash probably because they missed getting to the net after servicing. Boys rarely used the jump float serve technique. The individual pairs were roundly misaligned. Keywords: blocker, fielder player, comparison, specialization, team, video, jump, load
